Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy for Products Without Manufacturer Defects:

The following policy applies only to the return of HUAYEE products delivered to the shipping address free from any major manufacturer defects and in proper working order.

A non-defective product may be returned to HUAYEE within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price minus a variable shipping and restocking fee pending inspection with the following amendments/fees:

1. HUAYEE will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shippingand handling fees incurred from the return.
2. To cover costs associated with return shipping, handling, andprospective resale, a standard shipping and restocking fee will bededucted from the refunded amount determined by the condition ofreturned items upon HUAYEE's inspection.
1. For items returned in new and perfect condition, a shipping andrestocking fee no greater than 15% of the item's total regular
purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. For items returned in complete working order but otherwise, inused and imperfect condition, a shipping and restocking fee nogreater than 30% of the item's total regular purchase price will bededucted from the refunded amount.
3. For items returned in complete working order but otherwisemodified with aftermarket components, a shipping and restockingfee no greater than 45% of the item's total regular purchase pricewill be deducted from the refunded amount
4. ltems returned in incomplete working order, items returned ininoperable condition due to damages or modifications caused bythe customer, or items returned with aftermarket modifications thatnegatively affect the machine's performance WLL NOT BEACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.
3. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
4. To return any product, clients must email our Customer ServiceDepartment prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, wewill not issue any refund for un-approved returned shipments.
5. HUAYEE is not responsible for any moving expenses incurred with theshipment or return of our products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
